Our goal is your satisfaction, which is why we offer a 30-Day return policy on all jewelry and a 7-Day return policy on all watches to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return your item for a refund or exchange.

Obtain a Return Authorization Code

Package your item for shipping
All items returned to us must be packaged in their original packaging and include all included items to ensure safe shipping. -
Ship your item
All items returned to us must be insured for the full value of the item you are returning. Raineri Jewelers will not be responsible for any loss of damage of return shipments.
Once we receive your returned item it will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Any returned item showing signs of wear and/or damage, or items that have been altered in any way by a jeweler other than Raineri Jewelers cannot be accepted for return. Returns with no Return Authorization Code, packages that are improperly packaged or packages shipped uninsured will be refused receipt. Raineri Jewelers will not be responsible for mistakes made due to incorrect information provided by customer. We will gladly correct sizing or any other mistakes made on our behalf and pay for shipping.
