Raineri Jewelers guarantees our prices are the lowest. Period. If you find an identical item in stock and advertised by another authorized U.S. retailer at a lower price, we will gladly match it. What's more, if within 15 days of your purchase you find the identical item in stock and advertised by another authorized U.S. retailer at a lower price than what you paid, Raineri Jewelers will refund you 100% of the difference, plus another 10% of that difference.

For purposes of this offer, an "authorized U.S. retailer" includes only bona fide online or brick and mortar retailers whose business is the sale of engagement rings, diamonds, fine diamond jewelry, watches and accessories which are authorized by substantially all of the manufacturers whose items they sell, including the item at issue. Item must be advertised in a local or national paper, internet, magazine or catalogue by an authorized U.S. retailer. Discontinued merchandise, gray market merchandise, merchandise on which any identification codes or numbers have been removed or defaced, demo and exclusive models, floor samples, factory seconds, open box items, limited quantity items, closeouts, bundles, misprints, auctions and auction sites, rebates or deferred savings, outlet center items, free or promotional items, vintage and used merchandise, financing and taxes are all exempt. We reserve the right to limit quantities of price matched items. Photocopies of ads or receipts will not be accepted as verification. Raineri Jewelers also reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to review any and all price match requests, and reject any price match that cannot be substantially verified. Q. Which items does Raineri Jewelers price match?
A. Raineri Jewelers will match the price of any item from the many designer brands of which we are Authorized Retailers. The item must be identical, including model number, components and U.S. warranty. The item must also be in stock and available for purchase at that price from an authorized U.S. retailer, whose authorization we reserve the right to verify.

Q. Which items and services are not available for price match?
A. We do not price match items sold on auction sites or at local or special events (e.g., grand opening, anniversary, clearance or liquidation sales), nor do we price match taxes and typographical errors.

Q. What if I find a lower price from Raineri Jewelers?
A. If you find a lower price in one of our stores, catalogs or on www.rainerijewelers.com, we’ll gladly match the lower price. If an item is marked “clearance,” the clearance price is only valid for an in-stock product that is marked at that clearance price.

Q. How do Raineri Jewelers coupons and rebates contribute to the Raineri Jewelers price?
A. When calculating a price match, we’ll deduct any available Raineri Jewelers coupons, Raineri Jewelers Rebates or manufacturer rebates from the Raineri Jewelers price to arrive at a net price. For example, if you buy an item from us for $100 and we offer a $20 instant rebate, the net price is $80. If another company’s price is $80 or more, we will not match the price. Another example: if you buy an item from us for $159 and you have a $30 coupon, the net price is $129. If another company’s price is $125, your price match would be $4.

Q. Will Raineri Jewelers match another company’s price when combined with an instant rebate, mail-in rebate, gift check or gift card, or free or discounted item?
A. We’ll match another company’s final price after deducting an instant rebate. If another company offers a product that comes with a mail-in rebate, gift check, gift card or an equivalent, we will only match the price you pay at the point of purchase and will not take the mail-in rebate, gift check, gift card or equivalent into account. If another company offers a product that comes with a free or discounted item and Raineri Jewelers does not carry the free or discounted item, we will only match the price you pay at the point of purchase and will not take the free or discounted item into account.

Q. Are delivery charges included in the price match?
A. Yes. Since all of Raineri Jewelers' items include complimentary shipping, when we compare our price to another company's delivery price, the company's shipping and handling fees for comparable service will be added to their price to make a fair comparison against our price.

Q. Are quantities limited on price-matched products?
A. We may limit the quantities of price-matched items, particularly if the other company does. In addition, we reserve the right to limit quantities sold to a customer.

Q. Will Raineri Jewelers provide a price match if the other company does not have the item in stock or states that quantities are limited?
A. No. Sometimes other companies will advertise a low price for a product while having only a limited supply of the item. If the item is out of stock, or states in their ad that quantities are limited, the product is not eligible for price matching.
